I tried the turmeric bleach and found that the claims by Dabur are all very true (I will come to the 'fairness' part in a bit)

1. There were no tears which I experience with regular bleach
2. The smell was bearable (I wouldn't stay it was awesome or anything, it was just non-bothering)
3. Worked faster on my skin than other bleach I have previously tried.
4. The single pack is very useful since you don't have to bother about mixing the right quantity - I simply poured the activator into the cream tub, mixed it thoroughly with the spatula and it was ready to use.

Now for those of you who have not used bleach before (if you are a regular bleach user skip this paragraph and move on) let me clarify one thing - bleach lightens your facial hair, it does not make you 'fair' per say - what happens is that the darker hair on your skin turns light and gives an appearance of brighter skin. I have also noticed that bleach does a gentle exfoliation which again lends a brighter side to your skin. This brightness stays with you for about 10 days (unlike regular creams or face washes). It is recommended that you give a gap of atleast 15 days between bleach sittings. Also ensure that you do not keep the bleach on for too long - otherwise your skin might react and it looks horrible to walk around with your facial hair actually sticking out more because you bleached it too long!

Have you tried any of the new bleaches from the Fem range? I personally think it is much cheaper and easier to bleach yourself in the comfort of your home than to go to a parlor. What do you think?
