We all know that we are what we eat. I have started to get some anti-oxidants in my diet in a bid to get acne free skin. Its a long way to go but I'm keeping at it. There are a lot of foods that can really help our skin glow from within. And this glow cannot be matched by any cosmetic no matter how expensive or good!
This week's question for you (and the last in the series) is what one food would you say can really change the way our skin looks? Or do you have a special ingredient that you MUST have in your skin care products because you think its the secret to giving you beautiful skin? Tell us what is your special skin food and why! My secrets food is fruit salad adding some dry fruits like almonds and white form cream.

I drink pomegranate juice twice week for healthy skin and I eat lots of green vegetables and especially I eat green pepper once a week it helps in reducing wrinkles and slows skin ageing. I love to buy skin products containing anti oxidants.

DeleteBy god's grace I have naturally healthy and glowing skin but now i will be entering my 30's....which is stressing in itself....so one word helps me and that's ALOEVERA....I drink natural Aloevera juice mixed with water twice daily....which even fulfills my water requirement...also I have aloevera plant in my backyard which i cut and apply the fresh gel on my face and my hands.....refreshing.....

ReplyDeleteBeetroot is secret of my glowing acne free skin...its the best anti oxidant. .I must add beetroot in my salad....its remove all d toxins from our body and strawberry is a vry good too its a vry gud cleanser for skin and both r scientificly proved for anti oxidant. ..n no dought dry fruits r gud too......so eat beatroot n hv healthy skin ....
