After my love for the L'Oreal Paris Shine Caresse range I tried the Rouge Caresse lip colors.
The first thing that I was reminded off when I applied these is my Etude House Juicy lips lipstick. So all you Etude house fans, now you have a similar product available right here in India from a brand you all love!
I got two colors from this range - Caresse 403 Hypnotic Red and Caresse 203 Rock 'N Mauve.
Hypnotic Red is a soft red color while Rock 'N Mauve is well a mauve shade. The shade name labels are colored to match the lipstick shade inside. The shade Hypnotic Red is very similar to the Etude House lipstick I have.

I love wearing mauve shades but they usually look too bright when I apply on my pigmented lips so when I wore this one I was super duper happy to have found a light weight mauve color - its like just a kiss of mauve and my lips look so naturally mauve.
I like these lippies a lot - (I must admit though that I like the Shine Caresse more because by default I'm a lip gloss lover and the Shine Caresse range is more closer to a lip gloss)
Reasons why you should check out these lipsticks
1. If you are a college student or just starting off on lipsticks - you will be very comfortable in wearing these lipsticks because of the lightweight texture and the natural look these impart.
2. If you have dry lips and are looking for lipsticks that can still work on dry lips - these are soft textured and help.
3. They have a very nice fragrance - sensitive noses will not find it overpowering at all.

Style tip 1: apply one coat of the Rouge Caresse and top it with a coat of Shine Caresse to create your own unique colors. Because of the light weight texture these are buildable and layering one on top of the other gives you unique shades depending on your shade combinations.
In the above lip swatch I have used Shine Caresse Pretty Woman on top of Rouge Caresse Hypnotic Red.
