Now coming to a quick review of the two products after the initial usage. Garnier White Complete fairness face wash comes in a soft squeeze tube with a flip cap and the Garnier White Complete cream comes in a little pot with a screw cap. Both smell amazing - like all Garnier products.

The face wash is thick and creamy and instantly brightens your face. It leaves a squeaky clean feeling on the face. The brightness is noticeable as it leaves all dirt and makeup from the face. The Garnier white cream is a light textured cream which is quite emollient in form. It spreads on the face without leaving a white residue though it does lighten the skin with its initial layer. Once absorbed skin appears brighter.

After a few hours of use the cream can cause oily skin to feel heavy specially if you plan to wear makeup on top. For dry skin or normal skin girls this problem will not occur.
Now coming to the fairness bit, I feel all fairness creams are essentially aiming at removing the tan on your skin. The brightness or change in skin tone that you notice is your real skin color showing through as the tan removes. Please do not expect your skin to go from a wheatish to a fair complexion simply by using a fairness cream. Instead incorporate such products into your daily regime so that your skin appears clear toned and without any tan. The cream also contains SPF to give you sun protection.
