Long back my sister gifted me a Proactiv Solutions 3-step system. The kit contained a toner, a face pack and a cleanser. Today I'm reviewing the Revitalizing Toner from this kit.

Proactiv Revitalizing Toner |
The revitalizing toner comes in a light green transparent bottle with a white screw cap. The toner itself is a clear liquid which is
alcohol free. The directions of use and ingredients are listed on the pack itself.

I liked using this toner but did not see any major difference in the oil secretion on my face. There was some difference in my skin but nothing to write home about. It does
keep the face moisturized during winters which is great for me because as you already know my facial skin has a hatred for all moisturizers. That is how I used up the remaining toner once rest of my 3-step system was over - used it in winters to moisturize my face.
It
did not break me out and along with the 3-step system I did see my acne heal. As a standalone product I would say its just average, I might repurchase if I get it at a discounted price.

Proactiv Revitalizing Toner |
This toner comes as part of the 3-step system by Proactiv which costs around Rs 4000 ($50 in the US is the price at which my sister purchased the 3-step system) The individual toner is available for
$8 for 4oz bottle at
amazon.com
You can see the swatch below where it looks just like water. It is very light weight in texture and has no fragrance to bother sensitive noses.

Have you tried anything from the Proactiv Solutions?
Nice review.. My cousin also used proative range, she loves it.. I dont have any major breakout problem so never thought of using these. U can try using Glyco A if u wnt some glycolic in your daily routine.
ReplyDeletethanks Shweta, I love the Proactiv mask. I remember using Glyco A a few years back but didn't go back to it - maybe I should :)
