AGEsmart Facial At F Salon, Rajouri Garden

AGEsmart Facial At F Salon, Rajouri Garden

F Salon is situated in Vishal Enclave, Rajouri Garden. The place happens to be very close to home and I took my mom for trying out their AGESmart facial.

About F Salon
F Salon provides a wide array of beauty and style packages. They offer services that cater to your skin, hair, and nails. The main services they boast about are their Majirel hair color, stylish hair cuts, and facials to give your skin a new look.

The salon is nicely spaced out with different areas for different services. They keep offering you bottled water and tea. The products used in all categories are of good brands.

AGESmart Facial

I was invited to try out their AGESmart facial but since this caters to mature skin I took my mom to try it out. The facial was done in a separate room where my mom was first given a robe to change into. Her hair was nicely tied back and she was asked to relax as the facial began. A number of products were used beginning with a facial cleanup. This was followed by a scrub, facial massage and finally the face pack. This whole procedure took around 60 minutes. After the facial my mom looked very relaxed and she was quite happy with the service.

Nail Art
While I was waiting for my mom to get her facial done, I tried out the nail art section of the salon. There were mainly polishes from Kiko Milano and Gel Polishes.

I chose a rose pink polish from Kiko Milano as the base. The nail artist did a quick nail art using gel polishes on my ring finger nail. I talked to him about the UV Lamp and the kind of nail art he does (since I love doing nail art myself we got talking!) [on a side note, the Kiko Milano polish starts fading in one day - not recommended!]

I don't have too many pictures to show you because the salon manager was a bit reluctant in letting me click. I did post some live video from the salon if you were watching our facebook page (www.facebook.com/OurExternalWorld - please do follow if you aren't already!) I did find the prices of the facial to be slightly on the higher side (this one was priced somewhere over Rs 5000 and the nail art for one nail was Rs 2500). In general the prices are quite similar to what you would find at other salons like Naturals, Looks or Geetanjali.

  2. I've never tried a facial - I'm always scared it will hurt (I'm a chicken). My massage place is a spa & does facials, I should just try it. :) They sound nice.

  6. Did that facial do extractions? Because that part can definitely make the facial unenjoyable. I'm surprised the Kiko faded, I've never had that issue with that brand before. Hmmmm...

    1. not sure what you mean by extractions but yes there was a clean up involved. And regarding the Kiko - I was surprised too, had heard good things since its launch in India
