I was invited to try out their AGESmart facial but since this caters to mature skin I took my mom to try it out. The facial was done in a separate room where my mom was first given a robe to change into. Her hair was nicely tied back and she was asked to relax as the facial began. A number of products were used beginning with a facial cleanup. This was followed by a scrub, facial massage and finally the face pack. This whole procedure took around 60 minutes. After the facial my mom looked very relaxed and she was quite happy with the service.

My sister tried out the Ménage A Trois service which is a service where you get to pamper yourself to a facial, a manicure and a pedicure all at the same time. You can sit and relax while you indulge in this forty five minutes of bliss. You are made to sit in an extremely comfortable plush reclining chair which has an attached foot spa thing at the bottom. Products from Forest Essentials are used for the facial. The massage during the facial as well as pedicure puts you to sleep, it is super relaxing.

The facial is done inside an exclusive room. You are asked to remove your upper body clothing and wear a disposable gown. The products that are going to be used on the face are shown to you in advance. The facials are basically done using a pre-packed kit of products that is from the house of CavinKare. The kit consists of a cleanser, exfoliator, massage cream, serum, toner, anti-tan product and the final face pack.

The lights are dimmed out as you sit back and relax the pampering. The massage given to my face almost made me go to sleep - it was super relaxing. In fact the girl who did my facial actually massaged my tense shoulder and back muscles as well. Also I enjoyed the rubbery face mask - its basically a paste that turns into a rubbery consistency as it dries - so to remove it you just lift off the entire mask from the face.

After the 1 hour session my face felt like it had gone one shade lighter as the entire face looked even toned. I felt radiant and wonderful.

The five facials that are being offered at Green Trends are:
Fair Bloom Facial - A refreshing splash of strawberry, papaya, apple and licorice exfoliates skin and swipes away the tan, leaving the skin fairer and brighter.

All these facials are priced between Rs 1100 to Rs 1500.

Unfortunately I forgot to take before and after pics - I was so relaxed after my session that I forgot all about it!
