Sally Hansen Nail Polish Remover - Review

I really like Sally Hansen nail paints. You can check my reviews of Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Nail Colour and the nail art I did using the Sally Hansen Salon range Octopus Nail Art Tutorial

This time I’m reviewing the nail polish remover from Sally Hansen. It comes in a big bottle with a screw cap. The remover itself is light pink in colour.

Ingredients are mentioned at the back.

What the company claims:
“Removes polish quickly and gently while strengthening weak, thin nails. Enriched formula with essential nutrients helps promote strong, healthy-looking nails and cuticles with every use. A special blend of Vitamins and Protein fortifies and improves soft, weak, thin nails.”

My experience:
Absolutely love this nail polish remover. I haven’t used anything else before that comes close to this one in terms of ease of removing the polish. What I love is the fact that my nails don’t feel dryed out after using it. All the colour is removed properly with no leftover stains – even with prolonged use of the remover I have not faced any nail issues. It has vitamins to protect nails so maybe that is what works.

Details at a glance:
Packaging: plastic bottle with screw cap
Fragrance: light but non-alcoholic
Price        : Rs 325 (235ml)

What I like:

  • Works like wonder removing every bit of nail paint
  • Does not dry my nails

What I don’t like:

  • Size of the mouth of the bottle is really big and hence I end up using too much remover at one go.
