5 nail paints–nails of the week 7

What does a girl do when she has 5 brand new nail colors sitting in her closet? Well… she tries them all on at once – one nail paint per finger – 5 colours 5 nails perfect match isn’t it?

Yes this week I did not have the patience to do nail art or showcase only a single nail color on my nails. So, I took out the five new nail colors that were pleading me to try them out, and one by one, painted each nail in a different color! This is actually a good comparison of the pigmentation. As you will see I have applied only a single coat to each nail. Lets see which is the most pigmented of the lot.

The first one is called Tinted Red from Faces Canada – a deep highly pigmented bright red shade.

Next up is Casablanca from Avon nailwear pro range. It’s a shimmery berry color – this one is not highly pigmented and my nail is clearly visible under the nail paint.

On my middle finger I have my favourite shade amongst the five. Its from some company called cameo (I got these nail paints in a contest so I’m not sure about this brand). The nail paint is nice but the brush is very bad. Some of the bristles of the brush were already coming out! But look how lovely the shade is a soft brownish purple – it has no name or number Sad smile

And next on my ring finger is a bubbly pink color from a brand called Bonjour Paris. The color is lovely, the pigmentation – not so good, but the packaging – is oh so cute!

And lastly a soft lovely nude peach color with a hint of shimmer – Nude Gold from the Avon nailwear pro range. Absolutely love this shade!

So as we see non of the nail paints (except Tinted Red from Faces Canada) is pigmented enough to give coverage in a single coat. But each on of these shades is a winner in its own right.

Which one do you like the most?
