Recently I hauled from one of my favorite online shopping websites – violetbag.com
The website has a huge array of products but the reason its my favorite is that whenever I have been short on time they have delivered on time – once I even had to leave for an outstation trip and my products reached me within 2 days to make sure I had the necessary items before I left. I was extremely happy with their service.
Before I show pictures of my haul let me show you the interface this website has.
The first page has a display of their latest offers and a short glimpse into their array of products. At the top of the page there is a menu which allows you to chose which product area you want to browse to.
Once you select a particular area you have the option to filter the results further by sub categories, by price, and by brand. There is also a search bar on the top where you can simply type in the name of the product if you are looking for something specific.
The shipping policy is simple. Shipping is free all over India if the shopping cart value is Rs500 or more. Otherwise a flat shipping of Rs50 is charged. Also they promise to deliver the product between 3-5 working days. In my past experiences the products reach you within 3 days.
There is also an interesting point system where you can accumulate points and later redeem them with your shopping. The points can also be earned for liking their products on Facebook. And to start off with you get 250 points simply for registering on the website violetbag.com
All products come nicely wrapped in bubble paper and then put in a cardboard box.
And now here is my haul pic. I got a Gillette razor (for my husband), a lipstick from Street wear, two nail paints from elle 18 nail pops, one from street wear, finally the maybelline colossal kajal, a nice body wash and my favorite – the body shop bath gloves.
I will be doing detailed reviews of these products in the weeks to come. Overall I am very satisfied with my shopping experience and would highly recommend this site to you all. The convenience of shopping all your basic necessity items online is a blessing!
