What To Wear When There Is Nothing To Wear - Must Haves For Your Wardrobe

Guest Post by Paul Smith

“Help! I have nothing to wear”! I bet that every woman in the world had this thought, at least once in her life. Though, most women face the problem of “empty” wardrobe quite often. If you have had any of the following thoughts:

  1. All clothes in my wardrobe look awful, and I look even worse wearing them!
  2. Looking at all the absurd clothes I have, obviously I lost my mind when buying the whole wardrobe last time.
  3. I do not have anything to wear outdoors!
  4. Nobody is going to like me wearing these clothes!
  5. That’s it! I will not go anywhere today!

It means that you have got a most common women’s disease called “I have nothing to wear”. If you start throwing clothes on the floor, running around the apartment and crying bitter tears - this is the first hint of a serious illness and depression is knocking at your door.

Everybody knows that when a woman says that she has nothing to wear she simply doesn’t have anything NEW to wear.

Psychologists claim that oniomania - passion for irrepressible, sometimes meaningless purchases - is not a whim and not a fad. In fact oniomania is caused by the lack of hormone called serotonin which is responsible for the mood changes. People become gloomy, feeling a serious drop in self-esteem and they immediately have the irresistible desire to spend money for clothes hoping that this will help them to gain a confidence in appearance and welfare. Such purchases are made without thinking, it turns out that we practically do not have clothes to wear.

While psychologists offer us new complexes to think about, stylists provide us with practical decisions. It is possible to solve the problem of full and at the same time “empty” wardrobe. The theory of “must-have” clothes will definitely rescue the situation. This theory offers women to have certain clothes able to help them out when the disease is especially aggressive. Of course, most probably this way out will not help to get rid of the disease once and for all (we all know that it is impossible to change your nature), but the theory of “must-have” clothes can assist women in fighting with panic and the habit to give all money to the clothing stores.

Today we offer you the list of so-called “must-have” clothes.
