Cellnique Intensive Hydrating Oasis Gel & Skin Action Gel Plus Review

A few months back I started using two products from Cellnique that I am going to review today. I had an allergic reaction on the left side of my nose bridge due to which my skin became extremely patchy. I did not want to use anything creamy as my skin was already battling some acne.

I read the details of the Cellnique Intensive Hydrating Oasis Gel and decided to try it out. And in parallel I continued to use the Skin Action Gel Plus on the areas where acne was erupting. I'll let you know how they both fared but first some details about both these products.

Cellnique Intensive Hydrating Oasis Gel is a concentration of Aloe Vera, Collagen and Horse Chestnut extract. It comes in a squeeze tube with a pump dispenser.

Cellnique Expert Serum Skin Action Gel Plus comes in a smaller tube with a nozzle cap. Since this is a spot treatment product the packaging works perfectly to dispense a small amount of product at a time. This product is targeted towards reducing inflamed acne and lightening acne marks. The key ingredients are tea tree, camphor, eucalyptus oil and vitamin C  - all of these accelerate the healing process as they are anti-bacterial, antiseptic and antioxidant rich.

Both the products are transparent. The Hydrating Gel is almost water like in consistency once you put it on your skin. It spreads easily and sinks into the skin. Even though it is watery it really works to remove all dryness from the skin. Regular application of this gel helped heal the patchy skin from my face completely.

Since I was battling acne as well, I teamed the Hydrating Gel with spot treatment using Skin Action Gel Plus. The Gel Plus is again a very lightweight product and  it healed my acne without leaving any scars.

The products do have a unique smell when you take them out for application but it vanishes once you have applied them to the skin hence these are good to be used by people with a sensitive nose as well.

I got these two products from www.cellnique.com which offers free shipping around the world and you get a free sample with every purchase.

Overall I am extremely happy with both these products. They are great for sensitive skin and my skin feels nicely moisturized without the oiliness. I have used both of these products as a base for all my makeup even during my brother's wedding where I had to wear makeup for hours at a stretch. There was no oiliness despite no primer days as well.

Even though both the products are on the higher side as far as price is concerned I would still recommend this if you have been struggling with skin that behaves weird and never seems to cease having breakouts.

Highly recommended!
