Hi friends! Winters and dandruff have always had a simultaneous occurrence in my life. I tend to get dandruff very easily hence I do opt for a weekly headwash with Head & Shoulders to cleanse my scalp of all buildup that actually caused dandruff.
For the past few weeks I've been regularly using the new Head & Shoulders 2-in-1 Smooth & Silky and liked it enough to share a quick review with you all.

The packaging is just the same as the standard Smooth & Silky shampoo. A flip top makes dispensing the right amount of product easy while in the shower.
The 2-in-1 variant of Smooth & Silky is a balanced mix of the anti-dandruff shampoo as well as anti-dandruff conditioner. What this means is that while your scalp is cleansed, the hair shafts are moisturized enough to remain smooth to touch.
I absolutely love 2-in-1 hair products that work well. The reason is that I'm too lazy to spend more than a few minutes for a head wash (and I'm always in a rush!)
This shampoo from Head & Shoulders is a great addition to their range. It leaves my hair manageable and I don't see the need to apply a smoothing serum afterwards. I have however used the Pantene Oil-in-Cream on a few occasions where I was applying heat to my hair. I will review the Pantene hair cream in a separate review.
The right way of allowing a shampoo to show its effect is to let the shampoo sit on your scalp and hair for around 2 minutes. Then the hair should be washed very well to remove all product.
You will notice that your hair will feel soft to touch even when wet.
This shampoo lathers very well, a dollop is usually enough for my hair. The length of my hair is just below the shoulders. It smells amazing, the fragrance is hard to describe but its a mix of fruity/floral.
If you face dandruff or just want to be cautious and use a product that will leave your hair smooth, you must give this shampoo a try.
