Keep the accessories minimalist - I picked up a pair of simple ear drops, a white Michael Kors bag and white pumps. Of course we still want to make heads turn so wear a bright lipstick but keep the makeup neutral.

Wear your favorite pair of skorts - shorts with a fabric panel on the front giving it the resemblance of a skirt. I have teamed a floral skort with a delicate lace blouse in a bright fuchsia color. Now to make this 'suit' appropriate for work wear a start wight jacket.
