Quick Review: Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Rush Lip Balms

Maybelline has launched 4 yummy new colors in their Baby Lips Color range.
These new lip balms are called Baby Lips Color Candy Rush - rush of candy color with a kick of sweetness!
            

The candy rush lip balms come with an SPF 20. They give a translucent tint of color to your lips. And they come in candy flavors that provide the sweetness. The Maybelline Candy Rush Baby Lips balms have the same retractable form factor like the old baby lips. The tube is colored to represent the shade inside.

The tube comes packaged with a little cardboard piece which contains all details about the product.

These are packed with coconut oil and Vitamin E to keep your lips moisturized through the day.

Maybelline Baby Lips Bloom come in a slim stick form. There are two variants in the market - Pink Bloom and Peach Bloom.

The lip balm is a colorless stick but changes into a variant shade of pink or peach depending on the stick you use.

On my lips the lip balm gives a very nice pale shade of color just enough to cover the pigmentation. 

I'm wearing the peach bloom lip balm on my lips. The first pic shows my bare lips. The second pic was taken just after applying the peach bloom lip balm and in the last pic was taken after a couple of minutes. As you can see the color has intensified. The color is just noticeable on my lips and my lips appear very moisturised and healthy.

I really like the slim packaging and the effect it has on smoothening my dry lips.

Maybelline Baby Lips Candy Wow is a new version of the baby lips which gives you a retractable crayon like product. The formula seems almost the same as the other baby lips variants although this does boast of Vitamin E to make your lips smoother for a longer duration. But just for the form factor I enjoy using this more.

If you remember my old post on the original Maybelline Baby Lips, you would know how much I loved the Rose Addict. Maybelline Baby Lips Spiced Up collection is a range of deeper shades of the lip balm which add nice colour to your lips while the formula keeps your lips smooth and soft. The shades have been specifically created to suit the Indian skin tone.

Recently I was contacted by Myntra.com to try out their beauty section and was given a discount voucher to make my purchase. I was super excited and spent hours, yes hours and hours browsing through the beauty section which has 1090 products! Didn't know what to pick and what to leave. I was supposed to pick a couple of items but instead I did this complete haul!
