Unboxing: My Envy Box With The Label Life - April 2016

After a super successful jewellery box in March, My Envy Box has teamed up with The Label Life (read Bipasha Basu!) to curate the April 2016 beauty box.

A pretty peach pink box with speckled gold detailing on top, this month's box is another great addition to my collection of boxes.

Unboxing: My Envy Box With The Label Life - April 2016

1. Fran Wilson Moodmatcher Lipstick in Green (Full Size - Price: Rs 590) - this is the most fun product I found in the box. A green coloured lipstick that is going to change color when you apply it on your lips. On my lips it turned a beautiful luscious red. The texture is that of a lip balm and this lipstick just stays - like forever because it leaves behind a matte lip stain that won't budge!

Hi friends, here is a quick look at what came in my March 2016 My Envy Box. This month's box is bright and colourful as it is the Holi Special Edition.

The box came with 2 full sized products and 3 sample sized ones. Before I tell you what I think of them here is a list of what all was in the box.

1. BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave-in Cream (Price: Rs 475) - this is the full size bottle of the leave in cream. I have already reviewed it HERE.

2. AVA White Rain Face & Body Moisturiser SPF 30 [50 ml] (Price: Rs 650 for 200ml) - this smells divine! This is lightweight and meant to work as an anti-blemish.

3. Bioderma Photoderm Spot SPF 50+ Cream [5ml Sample] (Price: Rs 1330 for 30 ml ) - this is a sunscreen which I have sampled before through My Envy Box so nothing exciting for me here. Another product to add to my travel kit (if only some travel was planned, sigh!)

4. Vita-Age IN Intervento Scrub Viso [5ml sample] (Price: Rs 790 for 75ml) - this is an anti ageing face scrub from the house of Bottega di Lungavita. Another product that I have sampled before. Its a good product to carry in your purse for a quick scrub on a hot humid day out.

5. Hedonista Fleur Frozen Ittar - Night Blooming Jasmine (Price: Rs 1045 for 20gms) - another full size product. This is a solid perfume. I have a different fragrance from one of my previous boxes but I like this one more.

BBlunt, the brand by Adhuna Akhtar, has brought into the hair-care market a range of versatile products meant to address different hair issues. I have already reviewed the BBlunt Back To Life Dry Shampoo that I really loved. Today I'm sharing my views on the BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-in Cream.

BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream - Review, Price

The leave in cream comes in a black dispenser bottle. The cream is white in color and has a light fragrance that doesn't last on the hair for too long and is hence non-bothersome.

The best way to apply a leave-in cream is post towel drying. Separate your hair into small sections and apply tiny amounts mid-length onwards towards the tips. Then style your hair as normal. The cream claims to prevent hair damage from different weather conditions and is specially formulated for Indian hair.

Winter chills make me super lazy when it comes to washing my hair. It is at these times that I am seen grabbing my dry shampoo options to get some sanity into my crazy oily hair.

Today I'm sharing my views on the dry shampoo that I am currently using. BBlunt Back To Life Dry Shampoo.

BBlunt Back To Life Dry Shampoo

The Back To Life dry shampoo comes in a spray bottle. The nozzle sprays evenly and has a plastic cap to prevent accidental sprays if you are carrying this with you.

The dry shampoo is basically a form of fine starch that soaks up oil from your hair making it look fresh and manageable.

How To Use BBlunt Dry Shampoo

The method of using this is easy, partition your hair in sections and spray directly at the roots. Make sure to keep it away from your eyes. 

Then gently massage it all over your scalp with your fingertips.
