There is no fragrance in the product, it is transparent almost gel-like to look at but smooths out like a dream when you apply it on your face. One thing to make sure is DO NOT massage it like a cream. Dot it on your face and blend it in one direction. If you randomly move your hand with this it will behave a bit like fevicol - you know how fevicol shrivels and comes off if you get it on your hands - something like that.

Last month I had to attend a wedding and needed a face primer to make sure my makeup would last for a long time.
