L'oreal Color Riche - Raspberries - Review

As you all know I really like the fact that this lipstick range is really smooth.

It's soft golden beige packaging along with the L’oreal engraved on the lipstick itself. I find these lipsticks very classy.

L'oreal Color Riche - Raspberries

Today I am reviewing the shade 231 - Raspberries. 
This is a lovely deep mehroon shade - deep yet soft - not an over the top dark shade. This one has better staying power than Blushing Berry - I think mainly due to the darker shade. The shade is apt for Indian weddings or night parties. It makes the face appear brighter and would draw attention to the more glamorous you!

Style Tip: apply a single swipe the blot it off nicely with a tissue paper - then layer on your favourite gloss - it will give a lovely look to your lips which you can carry off during the day

L'oreal Endless Kissable Shine Wear Lipstick - a hit or a miss - review

Kissable lip sticks are not easy to find and when I got this gifted to me by one of my aunt's I was very happy. Finally something that would not kiss off on cups!

The colour I got is shade 730 - its an orangey pink colour - not really orange and not a proper pink. Its bright and more suitable for fair skinned ladies.

L'oreal Endless Kissable Shine Wear - is a long lasting kiss proof lip colour that comes with a gloss to add extra shine. The packaging is really nice - a stick form that is easy to carry around - in a nice golden beige color. Here is a picture of the packaging (p.s. This is not my own image as I lost the cover - this is from somewhere on google.)

Now lets get straight to the point - the lipstick is kiss proof - but I still don't use it - not at all - and here is why:

1. It is extremely drying - to the extent that lips start peeling off by the end of the day.
2. The colour when fades leaves a florescent sort of colour on the lips - make me look horrible.
3. The gloss that comes with it is very sticky.
4. The lipstick itself is not smooth in texture.

L'oreal Color Riche - Blushing Berry - Review

L’oreal Color Riche range of lipsticks are generally very moisturizing, deeply pigmented, and smooth on the lips like a dream

The packaging is very nice – a soft golden beige with L’oreal Paris written on the outside as you can see in the pick below.

I have the lipstick in shade 590 Blushing Berry.

I don’t know how I get the rim of the lipstick smothered with the lipstick – maybe it’s the creamy nature of the lipstick J

Another closer look at the lipstick itself and you will notice L’oreal engraved on it – I really like this – I think this makes it look more classy.

I generally have problems with all lipsticks in terms of staying power and this one is no exception. It gets smothered on the rim of any glass or coffee cup, and one drink is enough for the lipstick to get wiped off. The good thing is that it leaves behind a light tint so my lips still look rosy and the pigmentation of my lips doesn’t show through until I have had a meal.

My mom also uses this range and it gives a better staying power on her – I fail to understand why but any lipstick she wears does not get wiped off until and unless she has had a full meal – then too this lipstick would leave a light tint on her – unlucky me – it does not work that ways for me!

Another closer look at the swatch – this time in sunlight – note that this is just a single swipe.

Now lets take a look at the lip shade after 2 good swipes – as you can see its comes out more pinky in color.

I like this lipstick for its shade – pinks generally look good on me and this shade can be safely worn during the day or night. Nothing too loud about it – and a single swipe is very natural looking as it hides the pigmentation. I also love the moisturization – super smooth indeed.
