I purchased the Lotus Herbals Moist Petals lipstick long back but never got down to reviewing it. And it has been a long time since I did a lipstick review post so here I am.
Lotus Herbals Moist Petals Lipstick - Raspberry Punch - 122
The Lotus Herbals Moist Petals lipsticks come in a maroon colored cardboard box which has the ingredients and price mentioned on the pack. It has a circle cut out on the base so that you can read the name of the lipstick shade that sits inside the box. I don't have the pack for mine so no pictures.

The lipstick itself comes in a metallic red and gold packaging which a lot of bloggers have called 'cheap looking' but I don't find this cheap looking at all. Just my take. Its not of a bad quality and I actually like the gold and red combo.

Lotus Herbals Moist Petals Lipstick - Raspberry Punch - 18
The shade Raspberry Punch is a dark maroon shade with a plum base. It is a very royal lip color apt for Indian weddings. If you are a college going girl you may not like this shade but if you are married and wear a lot of Indian outfits you will surely have reason to wear this shade on many occasions.

The lipstick is quite soft on the lips but not extremely moisturizing. It does not feather off or bleed and stays intact for a good amount of time. Even if you have a light meal in between it should last you at least 3 hours. It fades off leaving a light tint on the lips so even after 3 hours you won't be shying away with your lip pigmentation.
Raspberry punch is highly pigmented and what you see in the lip swatch is a single swipe of color. You can increase the depth of the color by using two swipes. It does not completely hide the dry lip lines (the swatch was taken when my lips were extremely parched!) but does not accentuate them either.

The range of lipsticks is good and I would recommend you try out a shade that you like out of the 20 options available. I do have a lighter shade from the same range which I will try and review soon. If buying online check out the swatches on blogs because shades shown online are much lighter than what the actual lipstick color is.
I ave the same shade and I like it much!!! it looks even better on your lips!

DeleteIt came with straps (I'm assuming they need to be sewn onto the dress) that are spaghetti straps and a shawl, all of which are the same color as the dress.
