My office usually has something special every woman's day and this time around they have organized a self defense workshop which I'll be attending today (or would have attended by the time you guys read this!)
I personally believe that women in general don't pay attention to themselves and their health as much as they do for their families. And this woman's day I urge you all to go and do that one thing you've been longing to do since a long time. If its a painting you've wanted to do, a dance you wanted to learn or simply a soak in the tub that your body so aches for - GO DO IT!!!!
