Review: Garnier Pure Active Neem Face Wash

Pimples are horrible, pimples come at any age after your teens and pimples can ruin your day! Here is a review of the Garnier Pure Active Real Neem Face Wash.

Garnier has come out with several campaigns where they promote their fight against pimples. And the campaign makes you aware that even Bollywood celebs are not spared from pimples. Keeping your skin clean and free of dirt is the first step towards pimple free skin. And that is where the Garnier PureActive Real Neem Face Wash comes into picture.

Coming back to the Neem Face Wash. The Garnier Pure Active Neem Face Wash comes in a soft tube with a flip cap. The tube tells you how the combination of real Neem leaf extract and Tea-Tree oil help combat pimples. Detailed ingredients are also mentioned on the pack.

My Experience: Garnier Pure Active Neem Face Wash

The Garnier Neem Face wash is a pale green colored liquid. It lathers very well and smells pleasant (a bit of tea-tree oil is noticeable). The face wash cleanses dirt and grime quite well leaving a clean feeling on the face. It helps remove residual makeup as well. It leaves the skin feeling smooth, there is no dryness noticed after using this face wash. I used this during the month of June and with my continued use of the product I did not notice any new pimples. It did not help healing the old ones.

In general I think this is a good face wash to have if you are trying to prevent pimples from forming. I would rate this a 3.5/5

Price: Rs 90 (100ml)

  1. I do prefer face washes with Tea tree oil. But currently I am loving my Kiehl's Ultra facial Wash.
