The lip pencil is a regular pencil that requires a sharpener. Sharpener is not included with the pencil. Its a thin pencil so a regular sharpener can be used. The lip pencil is waterproof, smooth in texture and does not accentuate the lip lines. It also boasts of Vitamin C. The pencil does last long by itself without food or drinks. It does not transfer onto cups. As a base it enhances the staying power of other lip products. With light snacking however you will need touch ups.

Hey Macadamia Ahey! is a soft brown shade that looks extremely natural. On very fair skin tones it will show up a darker brown than it does on my lips. There is no shimmer in the lip pencil. It can be used to outline as well as fill in the entire lips. I use it as a base for a lot of lighter shade lipsticks that would otherwise not suit my skin tone. So if you have a bright coral you can apply it over this soft brown base to give it a more softer and darker tone. Similarly very pale lip glosses can appear more suited to wheatish skin tones with this lip pencil as the base.
