Just before winters set in I had started using a new scrub that I found on the homeshop18 website. It's called the Oriental Jin Plu Body Scrub. I am going to share a quick review for this scrub.

The company claims that this product is aimed at revitalising your skin with its ingredient list that boasts of three types of oils - olive oil, macadamia nut oil, and organ oil. The scrub comes in an orchid colored fat tube with a black flip top. It is easy to dispense and has a nice exotic floral scent.

The scrub itself is brown in color with extremely tiny black particles. It has walnut particles as the main scrub ingredient. The particles are tiny but not suitable for delicate skin of the face so make sure you stick to the body with this scrub. A small amount of scrub does a good job of removing dead skin from your body and does leave it looking smooth and glowing.

Some useful tips when using this scrub:
1. Make sure your body is wet before you use the scrub
2. Rub gently without applying pressure against your skin
3. Scrub in small circular motions - this helps increase the blood flow hence aiding to the glow that you get.
4. Always follow up with a nice moisturiser after you have washed off. This locks in the moisture and  further aids in skin that looks healthy.

Price: Rs 1100 (for two tubes of 200 ml)

I really enjoyed using this scrub as it doubles up as a heel scrub too.
I am going to soon prepare my list of must haves that I have tried in 2015. Stay tuned!
