The boxes are easy to eat-out-of if you don't wish to bother with the cutlery. We decided to share our order for dinner with the family and had a good time gorging on the dishes that were ordered.

A special delivery time was requested to the team at ThaiCrate and it was delivered on-time, spot on!

Read on to know our recommendations for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The dishes offered are not limited to your usual Thai red curry or green curry. Some of the things we recommend you to try out are

Soups: Kaeng Cherd Tauhu - veg or non-veg both were equally delicious. The chicken in the non vegetarian version was cooked to perfection and the tofu in the vegetarian version was the silkiest we've had in Delhi

Starters: Por Pia Phak (spring rolls) served with chilly and plum sauce for the vegetarians, and Chicken Satay for the non-veg lovers

Main Course: you have lots of options from currys, poultry and seafood for the non-vegetarians. We recommend you try out Hot Basil Stir Fry with basil and fresh red chilli in oyster and fish sauce and Kung Phed (spicy prawns)

For vegetarians if you like mushrooms then the best dish on their menu (as per our tastes) is the Shitake Pok Choy with some yummy shitake mushrooms and awesome coral mushrooms which are rare to find in some top Thai restaurants around.

Rice and Noodles - the fried rice was ok and so were the yellow noodles, but what we found delectable were the Phad Thai. We tried the vegetarian versions of these but non-vegetarian variants are also available.

A meal for two would cost somewhere around Rs 1200.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and were impressed with the flavours. The level of chilly was just right and the dishes had the right balance of sweet and sour.
