The face wash is transparent and has a very mild fragrance. It lathers well and removes most makeup (for waterproof mascara I have had to use a makeup remover).
The face wash cleanses the face well and leaves it feeling soft. It did not aggravate my acne and worked well in keeping my facial oil away. Once I stopped using this face wash I would wake up to a slightly oily face.
Optimal white foaming gel face wash keeps the face oils regulated - neither dry nor oily. It hence also brightens the skin as all impurities get removed. I used it regularly two times a day.

Overall I am very happy with this face wash and would definitely recommend it to girls (or boys) with sensitive skin.
