Unboxed: My Envy Box March 2018

Hi everyone! It's time to share the contents of My Envy Box that I received this March.

The box has a calm soothing print on it - another keeper for sure.

This month's box came with four products only but all of them are full sized products. There is something for your skin as well as some makeup - all set to doll you up!

The ONE Lip Sensation Vinyl Gel is a liquid lipstick that comes in a tube form with a doe tip applicator just like any other liquid lipstick. However it packs in a win-win combination of the texture of a fluid with a plexigloss finish. Its a high gloss formula with extreme shine that is opaque!

Oriflame The ONE Lip Sensation Vinyl Gel Lipsticks

The lipsticks come in a see through tube so that you can see the color of the product. You can press the applicator against the lips to apply a thin coat or lather on a thicker coat for higher opacity. You can also layer on thin coats to achieve the true color intensity.

The lipstick is moisturizing and feels light weight and smooth on the lips.

The Vinyl Gel lipsticks have a great wear time, much better than any gloss and comparable to matte liquid lipsticks. With a light meal or cup of tea the gloss will fade away but the color remains intact on the lips. The darker shades actually remain on the lips almost like a tint throughout the day. I tested this from afternoon till dinner including two meals and a tea break. The darker shades remained till dinner which was really impressive.

I am already a big fan of Madam Glam nail polishes and today I have some makeup from the brand to share - the Madam Glam lip glosses. Madam Glam Lip Gloss is an amazingly pigmented gloss. I would rather call it a liquid lipstick. I have two beautiful shades from the lip lacquer collection which I am sharing today.

The lip gloss comes in a cuboid tube with a clear body so that you can see the product inside. The cap is black and each lip gloss has a good amount of product inside. Madam Glam lip glosses are high and are said to be enhanced with the exotic fruit, Cupuacu, making it rich in Vitamins A,B and C as well as at least nine antioxidants.

L'Oréal Paris has been associated with the Festival de Cannes and each year around the time of the festival they come out with a new range of products. This year there was a lot of excitement around the festival because we have 3 brand ambassadors from India - each of them a beauty to reckon with - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor & Katrina Kaif. All three of them have been appearing in different looks for the red carpet. While Aishwarya stunned everyone with her  appearance in an emerald green sheer Elie Saab, Sonam looked like a Disney princess in her Ralph & Russo blue gown. Katrina Kaif also made a lot of heads turn with her all red appearance in an Eli Saab outfit.

This year the highlight of the new L'Oréal Paris collection was around creating two distinct looks for the lips - Glamorous Gloss vs Marvelous Matte.

In line with these two themes L'Oreal has launched the #YouCannes collection comprising of Colour Riche Swarovski Moist Mat Lipstick, L'Oréal L'Extraordinaire Liquid Lipstick by Color Riche & Super Liner Gel Intenza.

I will be sharing reviews and swatches of 3 products from the collection but today this post is all about the two looks I created - one is for a day time Glamorous Gloss look while the other is a night time Marvelous Matte look.

Review & Swatches: LipFusion Infatuation Lipgloss Big & Bare

The shade Big & Bare is a soft brownish pink shade that is almost as if you have bare lips (as the name suggests). I love love love this shade. It is perfect to give your lips a high gloss factor, plumping them up and hiding the pigmentation at one go.

They come in these cute little boxes with a tiny window through which you can see the color you have purchased. Details of all the ingredients are mentioned on the box (click the picture to enlarge it)

Inside the box is your lipstick packaged in a light gold tube.

The lipstick opens from the square end which has the shade name written on it. Just twist it open and what you get is a doe shaped applicator very common in lip-glosses.

Korres Raspberry Antioxidant Liquid Lipstick Shade 28 - Review and Swatches

If you remember I had bought a pack of 3 lipsticks from the Korres Raspberry Antioxidant range. This is the last shade in the pack that I have.

I have reviewed the Raspberry Antioxidant Liquid Lipstick shade 56 here (red) and shade 13 here (soft pink) The shade I am reviewing today is a lovely berry shade, number 28.

The Liquid lipsticks from Korres are heavily pigmented, one swipe covers the lips perfectly. They are liquid and this shade has a tendency to bleed which I did not find with the other two shades.
