Shimmery Bronze On My Lips–Faces Glam On Lipstick Review

Are you a fan of bronze shades on your lips? If yes, then this is a review just meant for you. Today I am reviewing the Face Glam On Lipstick in shade Burnt Sienna. All of you who have dabbled in paints would know that burnt Sienna is actually a very deep brown color. But this lipstick is actually a shimmery bronze.
The packaging of the lipstick is a gunmetal black plastic with a silver ring in the middle that has the Faces logo.

Experience the effortless glide over lips for a smooth, rich appearance. Specially formulated to be stable at high temperatures (why do we have these Indian summers?). The most complete lipstick, ever. Period.”

Face Glam On Lipstick in shade Burnt Sienna

I found this lipstick to be very smooth on application. The pigmentation is good and lips feel soft and smooth (with no lip creases showing through!) This was the best thing I liked about the lipstick.
The staying power is decent – with a light meal in between the lipstick lasted for around 4 hours and faded off without a stain afterwards.

The shade Burnt Sienna is one that you can use during the day with a single swipe and you can layer it for an evening out. I personally don’t wear such shades and instead use them to add shimmer on top  of other lipsticks. These shades are also good in toning down lipsticks that are too bright for your face. This shade would suit all skin tones and I think it is perfect for the Indian beauties!

Below is a swatch of the lipstick on my lips – this is with a single swipe and you can see some lip creases showing through but with another coat on top they disappear.
