When I tried the deep black sketch pen type eyeliner Super Fine Eyeliner by Diana of London it was love at first use. The liner was jet black and was so easy to use to get the perfect winged look. You can read the detailed review

Then I thought of trying out the
Diana of London Dip Eyeliner Waterproof. This has impressed me as well. It comes in a short vertical pot sort of packaging with a long handle that has a neat application tip which is very similar to the felt tip of the Super Fine Eyeliner.

The bottle has the details printed in gold which looks lovely. This eyeliner is a water based eyeliner and the applicator tip is perfect for precise application.

The eyeliner is a liquid eyeliner and the applicator tip picks up enough product to draw a thin line across the eye lid, For thicker lines or winged looks you will have to dip it in a couple of times.

The
Diana of London Dip Eyeliner is
highly pigmented and the texture feels very gentle on the skin. It sits
light weight, dries up fast and stays on for a long time (until you wash it off). This
waterproof eyeliner is
smudge proof.

It comes at a relatively high price of
Rs 475 but is worth the money if you consider the texture and ease of use.
Coming to the waterproof claim – it
does not smudge during the day but if you end up stepping out in the rain immediately after applying it, it may run out. I tried washing it off with plain water immediately after swatching and it came off easily but left behind a black tint. BUT, if you are not running out into the rain immediately after application you can relax - so essentially it is
waterproof, about 15 minutes after it has set you will need a makeup remover to take this off your eyes.

To summarize, I love the Diana of London Dip Eyeliner for its
dark black color,
light weight texture, and
waterproof nature.
Have you tried any dip eyeliners? Would you suggest some other similar products for me to try out?
