blue colored packaging which reflects the color of the eyeliner itself. Its a sparkly royal blue with the
lettering in classic silver. The bottle tapers towards the top so that the handle of the eyeliner is very convenient to hold.
The
tip of the brush is pointed while the brush itself is nice and thick - this makes sure you can achieve a thin line when needed and also to gives you a thicker application when you are swiping the wand along the lash line.

Texture, Staying Power & Pigmentaion
The Ultime Pro Shine Eyeliner has a
smooth liquid texture. The glittery particles cannot be felt and only add sparkle to the eye once applied. It dries and
sets quickly and stays
smudge proof thereafter. fairly pigmented. One swipe gives less of the blue color unless you
draw very very short strokes. I usually like to add a
double swipe to get the color in full capacity on my lids.

Overal I like this liner for its
good staying power and
smudge proof nature. I would really like to try this in other colors. I do wish it was a bit cheaper for the quantity and would have given it a 10/10 if one swipe could give the true color. The EOTD above has two swipes.

Tip: Do not apply the second layer until the first layer is dry and set. If you go over the same place while it is still wet you will end up removing the color instead of adding to it.
