The Ultime Pro Shine Eyeliner has a
smooth liquid texture. The glittery particles cannot be felt and only add sparkle to the eye once applied. It dries and
sets quickly and stays
smudge proof thereafter. fairly pigmented. One swipe gives less of the blue color unless you
draw very very short strokes. I usually like to add a
double swipe to get the color in full capacity on my lids.
