About four weeks back I got to try out the Vivel Cell Renew Energising Face Cleanser + Scrub with Orange Zest.
The face cleanser comes in a white soft tube with a flip cap. The usage instructions and ingredients are clearly mentioned on the tube.
It is priced economically at Rs 79 for 50ml (+ 16.5ml free).
What the product claims:
"Just as we feel tired at the end of the day, our skin feels tired and look dull too. It is important to combat the impact of everyday stress on your skin.
Energizing Face Wash is specially designed with energising action which removes day-end dullness. Rejuvenating Micro Pearls in the face wash gently
exfoliates the accumulated dead cells and dullness. Infused with Orange Zest, face wash removes sebum and stickiness of excess oil for that refreshing energy
boost. Vitamin E keeps your skin nourished at the end of the day"
Usage Recommendation
Best suited for those facing the problem of dull skin at the end of the day. Recommended for evening use.
My Experience
The face cleanser is orange in color, a translucent gel based cleanser which has tiny orange colored micro-beads. This reminds me of the morning energy face washes from Clean & Clear that I reviewed earlier.
I take a pea sized amount of cleanser, rub it in my hands and then on my wet face. I cleanse my face for about a minute before washing it off. The micro beads are very sparse and gentle on the face. The fragrance is like oranges and I like it. At the end of a hard day it energizes you. I have used this on my acne prone skin and have faced no issues with the scrubbing action. I have also used this to remove my makeup and it works quite nicely.
Overall I'm quite happy with this face wash and will continue to use this until some more enticing face cleanser comes knocking on my door!
