Jewellery Haul From Maya's Arc Jewelry |
Recently I came across a lovely pair of earrings through a google search for jhumkis - earrings in the shape of a dome. This is how I landed up on Maya's Arc Jewelry. Maya's Arc is a joint venture run by two girls - Priya and Uma. One of them operates from Chennai and the other from Singapore.
I got myself two pairs of earrings - the jhumkis and another pair of danglers that blew my breath away!
First let me tell you quickly about the website before we drool over the lovely pieces I got. The website mayasarc.com offers online shopping for both contemporary and ethnic jewellery. The jewellery has Indian heritage pieces, Tibetan wonders, casual pieces called De-Lite and some pieces having stones sourced from across the globe called the Signature range.
Browsing the site is easy and you can use a credit card or net banking to make the payments. Delivery time varies depending on the source of your jewellery and is mentioned in your order with a maximum of 15 days to ship the order.
And now the best part - customisation - yes you can customise your pieces. When you visit the page of a jewellery item you can check out the possible customisation options. I loved the pieces I selected hence did not need any customisation but you can alter the length of the piece, change the style of the earring etc.
And now for the part I am most excited about....

The other earrings are simply dazzling - american diamonds with emeralds set in a flower arrangement. Check them out HERE
Both earrings are now SOLD OUT - the reason - every jewellery piece is unique - yes one of its kind - isn't that perfect - if you want something similar you can place a special request wherein a similar, but not an exact replica, will be made for you.
Right from the outer box to the actual pieces, I am super duper happy with my new possessions. Waiting to flaunt them at the next party I attend :D

Both pieces cost me around Rs2500 each and the best part is despite their size they are extremely light. So there is no pain due to the weight.
So which of the two do you like better?
