10 Hand Soak Recipes To Keep You Nails Healthy

All these problems are easy to fix if you take care of your nails regularly. In other words, you just need to maintain its health. Although restoring the beauty of the nails is quite easy,  it takes a lot of time (the whole fingernail requires up to three months or even more to re-grow completely).

1) Sea Salt Bath - you will need some warm water and a couple of tablespoons of salt. Keep your hands in the water for 10-15 minutes.

2) Iodine bath - add 2-3 drops of iodine in warm water. Keep your fingers in this mixture for 10-15 minutes.

3) Lemon juice bath - you will need warm water and the juice of half a lemon. Put your hands into the water for about 15 minutes. Your nails as well as skin will become lighter and will smell nice.

4) Chilli powder and a hand cream bath - mix a bit of chili powder and a little hand cream. Then carefully rub this mixture into each nail. Hold it for 15-20 minutes, and then wash your hands.

5) Soda and salt bath - take some warm water, a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of baking soda. Keep your hands in this solution for 10 minutes.

6) Castor / olive / vegetable oil + lemon + iodine bath - mix each ingredient in a small amount and gently massage into each nail. After 10 minutes wash your hands. 

7) Broth oak bark or chamomile bath - keep your fingers in the broth for 15 minutes.

8) Chamomile and beer bath - pour some chamomile into warm beer. Keep your hands in the bath for 15 minutes. 

9) Mint bath - pour crushed mint with boiling water (infuse over 10 minutes). Then put your hands in the bath for 15 minutes. 

10) Lemon bath - take two lemons, make 5 holes in each lemon and stick your fingers into the lemon holes. 10 minutes will be enough.

Any of the mentioned procedures can be done 1-3 times a week, not to oversaturate the nail plate and let it rest until the next bath. Now you have a list of amazing recipes on how to keep your fingernails and toe nails healthy and beautiful. You can try each nail bath and then choose and use your preferred one.
